Refocusing the brand

As Bird pivoted their business model away from D2C sunglasses to B2B eyewear available exclusively through independent opticians, the brand also needed a holistic strategic rethink.

From marketing touchpoints and messaging to tone of voice and visual design, all aspects were redefined in a new creative system. This includes photographic art direction, print collateral, ad campaigns, website and point of sale, etc.
