The goal: Grow the mailing list and build brand loyalty. The brief: Design an email newsletter.
I felt we needed to do more than a simple newsletter, so I suggested and named ‘Tempo’ — a monthly e-zine with distinct editorial sections covering the cultures of both cycling and Switzerland. This zine would be a platform to: Build brand story; create stronger connections with fans; act as a content archive for greater reach and growth.
Published every month in five languages, by #5 the US list alone had attracted over 50,000 new subscribers.
